A SPECIAL NOTE REGARDING THE CANCELLATION OF

James Moody

Please join us in sending positive thoughts and prayers for 85-year-old NEA Jazz Master James Moody and his family, and wish him a speedy recovery after a minor surgery, which will prevent him from performing at the 2010 EdCC/Friends of Frank Jazz Festival.


We received the following note from Ina Dittke at BPR Music:


  1. Dear Friends of Frank DeMiero Jazz Festival,


  3. With great regret I have to inform you that James Moody needs to undergo a minor surgery that will require him to stay at home and take it easy for a little while longer than he wished for. Hence he will not be able to fly to Seattle early March. He and his wife Linda send their best wishes and are looking forward to a 'rain check' for 2011!
